Anyone want to share who counsel was on the Campbell capital writ decided last week? See Ex parte Campbell, No. WR-44,551-03. I trust the attorney is under scrutiny for their ethics. The attorney does colleagues and the anti-death movement no favors foresaking candor and practicing deceitfully. I commend the CCA for publicly reprimanding the attorney for the conduct-even if the person remains anonymous. Can we expect a higher degree of honesty as a whole on death cases?
