I would like to appeal a motion to quash the information that was granted. We were trying to pursue charges of using accident reports for pecuniary gain and the court found a court of appeals case from Austin stating the statues was a violation of commercail free speach persuasive. However, I do not think this case is controlling. I know I have twenty days from the ruling to file my notice of appeal, however, I do not have any of the forms.
