In the 3rd special session in 2003, the legislature made a few changes to Chapter 45 of the CCP that were previously published in the spiral edition of TDCAA's Code of Criminal Procedure. The changes amount to three pages that readers will need to substitute. These three pages are attached as a PDF file. The pages in the PDF file are numbered -- print them out and paste them over your existing pages.

We will keep you posted if the legislature makes any other changes in its special sessions. Be sure to refer back to this portion of the website for any further updates.
