Question:
truck and equipment taken without permission, by short term, part time employee, crashed in small town in fl. truck was taken to storage lot and impounded by police dept and hold applyed to vehicle during investigation of accident. impound and tow charges have become prohibative to victim of theft who is dissabled because of a drunk driver. police dept. refuse to pay storage charges. claim victim is responsable. I need help, and or case history. Eek
