Once again, military leave is bedeviling my county. Thus, I hope to learn from the experiences of my more well-heeled colleagues.

The issue, in a nutshell, is how to account for a military employee's leave (vacation) time when the employee returns to service with the county after his/her military duty. How does your county handle this issue?
