How about texting while steering a train. Maybe the deaths of numerous people will wake up America. Reports say that the train line is going to ban cell phone and text use by their engineers.

The City of Austin's public safety task force approved a resolution Monday that could lead to a ban on texting while driving and a requirement that motorists use hands-free devices.
