I am pleading enhancement language on a Terroristic Threat (for a bias against a person because of religion). Does anyone have any suggested language for the information?
What experience has anyone had on proving the defendant's bias or prejudice?

I suggest that you just track the statute. That has worked for deadly weapon allegations and should work for hate crimes, too.
