Vehicle is stopped for speeding. Packet of cocaine is found in plain view during stop. Passenger's cell phone begins ringing during stop. Officer answers cell phone and takes part in a conversation addressed to passenger regarding a pending drug deal. Did officer need a warrant to answer phone or is it an okay "search" since cell phone is transmitted over open air waves? | ||
