Can someone remind me again how many years of full-time service you need for longevity pay to kick in. How much does it go up each year after the 1st year?

Appreciate the help!

Four years. Texas Gov't Code sec. 41.252.

"(a) Except as provided by Section 41.255(f), the amount of longevity pay is $20 per month for each year of lifetime service credit." TGC 41.253(a)
