I am preparing for my first drugs-only DWI trial. I am able to use much of Richard Alpert's direct examination of a criminalist for alcohol testing to begin putting together my direct. However, I'm curious if there are better questions to ask when dealing with LC-MS analysis for drugs with no alcohol? Any help is greatly appreciated.
