Anyone know Dr. Eric Levy from Amarillo? Will be testfying that a spiral fracture of a child's left humerous bone was caused by the force of her being overweight as opposed to force applied to the arm by another individual.

I don't wanna be spreadin rumors but there are stories that float around about a particular criminal case where his testimony was less than copestetic...Scott Brumley, are you tuned in good buddy?...Scott may be able to fill in the truthful details if he recalls the Paul Harvey on Levy....I always did my best to get Levy off the stand quick...

Several lawyers in our office have worked with Dr. Levy, both as a treating physician and as a consultant. They think very, very highly of him, and he's their go-to guy in child injury/death cases. You may want to talk to Laura Popps about that.
