Has anyone been getting defense attorney discovery requests on DWI blood draws relating to DPS storage protocols, chromatograms, refrigeration logs/calibration, etc.? I'm wondering what your responses have been.

I generally forward such requests to the lab we use for their help in responding. I have not dealt with that on a DPS case but I would be surprised if they have not had such a request made in the past. The good thing about such requests is once a lab answers it once it is easy for it to share that answer with others who get similar requests.
