I am trying to find a form for a bench warrant that would essentially transfer a defendant from TDC to county jail to serve out his sentence through a work program that TDC offers.

I don't know if this really exists, but a member has asked me to post this and I am hoping someone out there has heard of this. I'm assuming a standard bench warrant would suffice.

When I worked at the Washington County (Brenham) DA's office we would bench warrant TDC workers. I'm no longer there but I'm sure if you call them, they might help you.
