The above case reveresed a Waco sexual assault of a child conviction. The court cited statute of limitations problems. I am curious if there is a chart that exists as to how the statute of limitations in Texas on children has changed since 1997? I know the most current is ten years after the child turns 18.

Well I answered my own question, it is in the TDCAA manual for prosecution of child sexual abuse.
