Two females are stopped shortly after leaving a home that was under surveillance for illegal drug activity.

They make a statement against intrest that they purchased prescription drugs from residence and name a particular person (this was the target of the investigation).

A search warrant was executed and prescription drugs are found in the home, loose, in unmarked bottles, and in bottles with several different pills.

The defendant in this case does have valid prescriptions for the medication seized. Do I have a PCS-ID?

Even if validly prescribed to him, he is selling prescription drugs without a license. Moreover, he is possessing at least some of the drugs with an intent to deliver.
