He is part of Bell Evaluations Laboratory in Houston. We have a trial coming up on 4-24 & he will be testifying for the defendant. (Defendant rear ended a car in his company van & didn't bother to stop & render aid. Two people in the car were killed. He was driving on a suspended license. He claims he did not see them.)
