Upcoming trial for Burg. Hab. w/ Int. Commit Sex. Assault. Expect defense punishment argument to be that defendant needs to be on probation to get mental and drug treatment he needs and won't get it in prison. Anyone know any names at TDC to contact to testify to treatment programs available to inmates?
