Sometimes I get requests that make me say "What are you talking about?". Just got one from my PD asking for...and I quote..."the reporting form prescribed by the district attorney in Occcupation Code Sec. 1956.063 (C) that the buyer of scrap gold and silver must submit to the Chief of Police/Sheriff".
