Has anyone presented evidence regarding the toxicity of the various components of clandestine labs during the punishment phase of a trial? If so, I'd be interested in the experts used. Please email me.

I've been thinking that using experts to explain to a jury panel about the wide variety of DOT, OSHA and other federal and state regulations that impact the operation of a clandestine lab would be good evidence to present in meth lab cases.

So I'm interested in anyone who has used witnesses to testify in the punishment phase about the environmental or personal health risks posed by meth labs and the toxic substances used therein.
