Has anybody actually prosecuted a psychic for theft?

We kept trying to, but every time the officers would show up to arrest her, it's like she knew they were coming and would not be there. After a while, we got to thinking that would really help strengthen her defense, you know, tell the jury she was psycic and knew they were coming, so we thought about including evading arrest if she testified to that, but she knew we were considering doing it so .... I better stop talking about it - I think she might be listening.



Just kidding. Not that I know of.
