Does anyone have a Motion for a Risk Assessment. I have a guy at Vernon State Hospital, who bit the face off of another inmate. After one week at Vernon they claim he is fit to stand trial. Did I mention he is mute. They are miracle workers down there. Anyway, I have found this obscure topic of Risk Assessment and I can ask the State hopsital to perform one. However, I can't find any authority to quote to get judge to sign order. I just don't want to get on that bus of sending him back to Vernon over and over again. All suggestions appreciated!
