Couldn't this be done the same way you would do a Meta Instagram / Facebook search warrant / subponea?

Unless the app is only an app to control the device and not store the footage, then you'd go through a warrant for a phone dump?

To me it should be similar to subponeaing / getting a warrant for the contants of a camera that someone has if it's just a device that is taking the video / photo. But if it's a whole app with a social media aspect it seems the other route would be more appropriate, maybe.

This is something I see coming up more.
