Aggravated assault? Login/Join

I have a case where victim suffered brain damage. Husband suspected. We are pursuing aggravated assault. Victim never told anyone about husbands physical abuse. Victims mother found out only after victim was hospitalized. At that time, victims minor child told grandmother he had seen father (suspect) hit victim. Minor child now denies it. After surgery, victim has not recovered cognitive senses; states she does not remember but that she is afraid. How do I go about proving that suspect caused the offense? Any suggestions on how to proceed, case law, etc? Thanks for the assistance.

There seems to be need for persons who kill, rape and have sex with kids to confess to others, whether it be an inmate in County, a girlfriend or another drunk at the local bar. Be patient. God works in mysterious ways with these cases!
