Have a suppression hearing in a burglary case. D calls about a break-in to his home. Officers begin asking him about what happened and all of a sudden D invokes his right to counsel. He was not a suspect. Officers continued to question the D which brought about some inconsistencies. Can anyone point to some caselaw that will help? Thanks | ||
