Just because a Court functions like a disfunctional family does not make them one. At least they did not each hold the other in contempt. Legal contempt that is.

The Dane County Sheriff's Department will be investigating allegations that one Supreme Court justice choked another during a meeting. Liberal Justice Ann Walsh Bradley [no relation] claims conservative Justice David Prosser put her in a chokehold during an argument in the Capitol on June 13.
[Exactly why is it relevant in the story that a conservative choked a liberal?]
