Does anyone have a Local Agreement with law enforcement that is different (better) than the standard form from 1997 that I currently possess?

Has anyone been able to negotiate more than 30% with DPS?

We have an agreement drafted by the previous elected. I wouldn't call it 'better', but you're welcome to look at it if you'd like.

We've got a 50/50 cash deal with the Sheriff's office, but they keep all the guns and vehicles.
