Has anyone researched whether the submission of false or fake community service hours can be prosecuted for tampering with governmental record? Are community service hours submitted to probation a governmental record? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It can be prosecuted as a felony, I have done so. Contact Reggie Robinson or Kem Harrity at the Fort Bend County Community Supervision Department. Or you can call me in Bastrop. 512-581-7125.

Beware though. If you call me I am going to try to pick your brain for good fishing spots in Kimble County.
