A full-page ad in the San Antonio Express-News that calls "no refusal" blood alcohol tests government propaganda was purchased by two defense lawyers who said they wanted to counter misinformation being promulgated by authorities and the media about DWI laws.

Details.

[This makes no sense to me. Surely, even criminal defense lawyers accept the notion that evidence may be collected through a search warrant. Can you imagine any lawyer buying an ad to protest the collection of blood for DNA testing from a suspected rapist? You have to wonder whether the mandatory blood collection is cutting so far into the profits of some criminal defense lawyers that they are losing perspective on constitutional law. What do you think?]

What is that saying? "When facts are on your side argue the facts. When law is on your side argue the law. When both are against you post an Ad in the newspaper"
