According to a google search, Steve Irwin was the "accident reconstruction expert" who testified for the defense in the Clara Harris case--telling the jury that she only hit the victim once with her Mercedes. You might try talking to the Harris County D.A.'s office for help.

check in with Mia Magness in Houston...as I recall from the TV coverage of the case, Irwin made some mistakes in that case....

Don't forget to call them. He's probably testified as a hired gun in another state too.
