case in Liberty County (between Houston and Beaumont) and an atty named Justin Low from Odessa has appeared on the case. He has never appeared here before. Its prob trial only resolution so i was wondering if anyone from Odessa, or anyone that knows him, was familiar with this guy and what i should expect
