I have searched and cannot find it, but isn't there a thread about warrants signed by a judge, and later that same judge presiding over the case and hearing questions about the basis of (probable cause for) the warrant?

I think it might be submerged in one of the long DWI blood draw threads.....can anyone point me in the right direction?
