trying a case where the defendant speaks no english and the video confession is, obviously, in spanish. so...i enter the video during trial and the jury can take it back to the jury room and watch it but not understand? can i offer a transcript of it? somehow certified? i am sure there is an obvious solution that is somehow escaping me!!!
