Is anyone familiar with enhancing 911 calls to listen to background conversations? If so, who knows who can do those type of electronic enhancements? Thanks in advance!

I would recommend contacting your old investigator, the Honorable Herb Owens in Fort Bend. They now have the in-house equipment to do that, Mikey. Before that, we sent all tapes to HPD or the FBI for enhancement.

Also, you will want to have a nice transcript made of that 911 call, preferably by the 911 operator, to make your judges and jurys job easier.
