Def is placed on deferred for SJ.
He eventually gets adjudicated.
He then gets revoked.
Is it possible, and do any of y'all give, the def 12.44 time instead of state jail time?

By then, I'm usually fresh out of patience and sympathy.

I hear that.
We've had the situation come up and we couldn't find a solid answer, other than you have to give def time within the punishment range.
