Defendant molests child (indecency) in one county. Then does the same in neighboring county 3 weeks later - same victim. (interval is less than 30 days so I can't go continuous sexual abuse - darn it!!)

Is there any other way to try these cases in same county? Continuous course of conduct?

I am not finding any authority in CCP. There are no allegations of kidnapping - usual family member case.
