I went to law school with him, though I can't say I've actually had a trial with him. He's a smart guy and should know rules of evidence and procedure pretty well.

I also went to school with Dan (and Abdul!), and have seen Dan in action, though never on the other side with him. Dan is a Baylor attorney, through and through. He'll be a worthy opponent.
