One of those small county assignments where you are asked to prepare an order for something that you don't do all the time:

My judge asked me to prepare the writ to call a special venire (that's what he called it) for an upcoming capital murder case. I'm sure it's a one page deal that orders the clerk to call a special panel, but our clerk's office doesn't have one and I've looked in the form books we have and can't find it. Does anyone know where I might find this?
