S delivers prescription drugs (Haloperidol, Seroquel and Cyclobenzaprine) to several other High School students, with the expected result. Two had reactions, which is how we learned about the deliveries.

Q1: Is 483.042, the only section that he can be charged under?

Q2: Does anyone know what the active ingredients of these drugs are?
