I want to try charging theft by check - aggregate against some of my hot check writers. Several have written numerous checks in a short period of time -- all without sufficient funds.

Appreciate any advice / help.

In general you just allege each individual check as a separate count in one Information then at the end you add the aggregation paragraph which is Sec. 31.09(1) of the TDCAA Charging Manual.
