Driver hits a parked trailer (one of those that hauls things not one that is sometimes used to describe a class of people).

Driver has two passengers. Passengers are injured. One is bleeding from a cut to his face the other from a head wound. Both found by responding officer walking from the scene. Driver has allegedly left on foot.

Assuming the driver can be "wheeled" would you charge two counts (one for each passenger) or just choose the most injured?

(Yes, alcohol was involved, although probably not sherry.)

I'd charge the driver for each injured party.

I'd do the same if you hit a car of nuns while driving drunk. Intox Assault per each sister.
