I'm hoping that many of you have dealt with sovereign citizens and might have kept your responses for the defendant filing a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction based upon the defendant not being a citizen of Texas, not having an address in Texas, etc. If so, would you mind sharing your documentation with me, please?
