 Firm's target clientele: sex offenders By David Migoya Denver Post Staff Writer 08/09/2007 It wasn't long after Gregory Carter finished his time in a Colorado prison for felony sex assault, weapons violations and bribery that he went to work on a business venture. The 46-year-old registered sex offender and Lakewood resident launched the Registered Citizens Network to provide services to other sex offenders, using public lists to find them.
