Are you doing two paragraphs or two counts when you are indicting family violence assaults that have not yet been prosecuted but are within a year of each other? Why can't I find this in the PC? Maybe I dreamed it??? Maybe time to seek counseling .....

Penal Code section 25.11. Since two family violence assaults within 1 year is the crime, I think you allege both instances in one paragraph.

I think it is all one paragraph as well. We have indicted a couple of these when I get a chance I will send you the charging language.
