Does anyone know of any cases where a police officer was a defendant? Specifically for using excessive force (deadly force). If so, I would appreciate the cites (for appealed cases) or the indictments used in those cases. You can either respond here or at Ty.Wilson@co.gregg.tx.us

Worked the appeal on this case when I was down in Brownsville. Official Oppression and Aggravated Assault. (13th COA 13-01-836-CR)
Conviction affirmed.

Jimenez was a constable.
