Has anyone attempted to seize a "drug house" pursuant to numreous drug arrests/warrants from that house?

You could try to seize it under chapter 59 or you could file a nuisance abatement lawsuit under chapter 125 of the Civil Practice & Remedies Code. Laura Cahill of the Harris County Attorney's Office gave a presentation on the latter a couple of years ago at the annual conference.
