I'm sure many of your counties, like ours, have received ORR's from BBV in the last week or so re: ES&S and voting machines. Are there any particular objections that you are contemplating?

The procedure for responding/objecting to an open records request seeking information involving privacy or property interests of third parties is set forth in Section 552.305 of the Texas Government Code. Pursuant to subsection (d)(2)(B), you must send a statment to the third party (ES&S) in the form prescribed by the attorney general, which can be found on the oag website. This gives ES&S the ability to assert its objections to the request.
