Does anyone have a smoking policy for employees that discusses where somking on county property may take place? ex. 100 ft. from any doorway or entrance, etc. Or anything similar that I could borrow? Our county owned hospital is wanting to designate areas outside the hospital and away from exits for employees to smoke. Any problems?
I suppose the rule will apply to non-employees as well.

At the headquarters of my state agency, smoking is banned in the salle port and near doors. When they allowed smoking in the salle port, I used to smell it in my office two floors up.
