Is there any prohibition, problem, etc., with this Office contracting a realtor to help us unload forfeited real estate (with a reserve) or are we limited to usual auction procedure(s).

off the top of my head i think there is an ag opinion that says you can as long as that conforms with "regular accounting practices" or something like that.
