I have recently had a respondent to property say that he has filed for bankruptcy. Does anyone know the impact of a bankruptcy on a forfeiture proceeding? I am assuming I can proceed since it is in rem against property. But, I also don't know if he listed the vehicle seized as part of his assets in tne bankruptcy.

Any help would be appreciated.
