Historically our auditor has managed the auctions. Our commissioners now want to use a third party to internet auction surplus property. If any one has a contract they would be willing to share I would appreciate it.

I don't have any, but wondered if the publication and notice requirements still apply since it is being broadcast to the whole world.....Can't find thing to the contrary.
